Shipping Schedule DOMESTIC:

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 2pm to 7pm. We do our best to ship all orders within one business day of being placed. All in stock orders ship immediately. For orders to ship the same day, they must be received by 10am EST that day. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any special shipping requests or changes that need to be made. If you PREORDER an item, it will ship on the approximate date stated in the description.

Shipping Schedule EXPRESS PRIORITY (Overnight 1-2 days):

We process and ship express orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, from 2pm to 7pm.

Priority Shipping (Domestic):

Please allow between one -three business days for receipt of your item, after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Priority Shipping (International):

Please allow between 6-10 business days for receipt of your item, after receiving the shipping confirmation email. Shipping fees do not include customs or duties fees. Customer is responsible for their country's custom and duty fees.

How much will shipping cost?

The best way to know is by adding the items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. After you've entered the shipping destination and before your payment your shipping cost will be calculated. 
For international shipping costs please add items and destination to calculate your shipping costs. (based on weight and destination)

Tracking your package:

To track your items refer to your shipping confirmation email and find your tracking number & shipping provider.

Lost or stolen package:

We as merchants are not liable for any lost/stolen or incorrectly addressed merchandise. Once we ship the item, US Postal Service is responsible for your shipment. For lost/stolen packages please track your goodies using the tracking number on your shipment confirmation email. And then call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777
